If you are one of the many who believe that barbecue is anything cooked on a grill, I am going to set you on the right track. In order to develop yourself into a Grill Master or Pit Master, it's paramount that you understand the difference between the two.


Beef brisket is great for BBQ sandwiches because the meat can be pulled apart into meaty bite-sized pieces and it holds onto the sauce for lots of flavor. It's a tender cut when cooked for a long time, and a slow cooker is a great way to prepare. You can use a prepared sauce or the recipe provided, which is tangy and vinegary.


Some recipes call for dry bbq rubs before cooking begins. Others call for a sauces(mops) used at various intervals in the bbq process. Still other roast pulled beef brisket recipes go with little or no seasoning until the end, when bbq sauces are put on the finished meat.





The inside is a little different though. There you will find several large screen TV's that all have the latest sports games on them. In fact every booth has there own channel selector and volume control in order for you to find the game of pulled beef brisket your choice if you wish.


My husband likes hot links and sometimes wants some to go with his barbeque dinner. We get a half pound of the hot links. The hot links come sliced rather than whole. The half pound of hot links cost $5.59. Those will feed my husband for two meals.


Though I must say the first act was Dinosaur's strongest. I split one of their Three Meat Combos to sample their famous BBQ for the main event. The Tres Hombre is a hearty helping of BBQ Pork, sliced Texas pulled roast beef brisket brisket, and BBQ ribs. My two sides: mac n' cheese, and BBQ baked beans. The Pork was, without doubt, the standout. Smoky and greaseless, the taste lingered for the rest of the night (in a good way). The ribs were also excellent -- meaty and tender. The brisket, while well prepared, was tougher than expected, and not as flavorful as its plate-neighbors. I was also disappointed by the beans, which had a very strange after taste and a runny consistency. The mac n' cheese was creamy and delicious.


Boston Market operates in 28 states with it's greatest number of restaurants in the Northeastern United States. Boston Market sells some of its popular dishes in the supermarkets across the US.


In addition to the pork and beef brisket, they also have smoked turkey, ham, sausage, and slow cooker recipes jamie oliver sandwiches. And, of course, they have wonderful ribs and you can just order hot or cold meat by the pound! Their side dishes include excellent beans, two kinds of slaw, potato salad, red beans and rice. And they have good fries and onion rings, as well. If you don't want to wait in line, you can order ahead for pickup.
