The restaurant is located at 1206 West 38th Street and the hours of operations are from Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 A.M to 11:00 P.M, they serve their lunch specials until 2:30 P.M and Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 A.M to 2:30 P.M The restaurant has a very festive look to it with its red colors and bright lights hanging on the walls, but since it is a pretty big cantina it will be fun for children as well.

One of my biggest complains about the soft tacos at Taco Bell was the fact they used to only serve flour tortillas which are not allowed on a gluten-free diet. However, I was interested to try the soft corn tortilla Cantina slow cooker taco chicken as part of the Taco Bell Drive Thru diet.

Food is the next important item on our list. In keeping with Mexican Halloween traditions, have your guests bring a pot luck of Mexican dishes. Some ideas for Mexican food are tortillas, chips and salsa, grilled taco chicken salad and many more. How about desert? What's a Halloween party with mouth watering deserts? Who doesn't love pumpkin pie? Whatever your desert selection, make sure you give your guests a special treat that will have them going back to the desert bar. It should be up to your director/supervisor whether alcohol will be served or not. Most companies forbid the use of excessive/any alcohol during company events.

The easiest way to cook those nutritionally well balanced meals is to have two small appliances that will help. The first is a slow cooker chicken taco. When you come home, you will have your meal waiting for whatever you might want to add to it, and your family and you are ready to share a balanced home cooked meal. The second small appliance that you should have is the microwave. Perhaps you now only use your microwave to heat up left overs or to warm up precooked foods. But you can cook some very healthy and tasty meals in your microwave. Get rid of the precooked foods as they do not have the nutritional value a good home cooked meal has.

Working out is important, we all know that by now. But when you go to the gym, do you workout with a purpose and a plan? Or do you just tromp ham joint in coca cola there and grind away on whatever equipment happens to be free at the moment?

Fried eggs and ham. My husband looks forward to this leftover meal every time I make a ham! I don't think anyone needs instructions on this, but I wanted to put it out there as a suggestion. Fried eggs (or scrambled eggs) and slow cooker boneless ham can be served for dinner, as well as for breakfast. You may want to include some fresh fruit or a fruit cup to round out the meal.

At this cooking ham performance people once again shouted I love you It seemed as if people would shout it to Taylor then the shouts directed at King would soon join in. I guess audience members were having competitions with each other.

If wine is a part of the party, have 2 or 3 choices available, along with a non-alcoholic type. Blush wines, white wines and red wines are all good choices for your party and they come in many, many different varieties. Your choices in finding a good wine for your party are limited only by your imagination.

Encourage your children's sense of humour. Whether you gave birth to a christmas ham or a wallflower, help your children let loose. Teach them to focus on the fun part of a challenge not on doing it perfectly. And if your daughter wants to wear her princess costume to school, dust off your tiara and wear it when you drive her. When your kids see you having fun and enjoying the lighter side of life, they'll learn how to laugh at themselves and positively deal with the hard times that are inevitably heading their way.

I have a lot of respect for the fruit in our diets, the problem is I think too much is a bad thing. If we eat tons and tons of fruit we are subject to having way too much glucose in our blood which is dangerous for our health. Just because you aren't diabetic doesn't mean sugar can't effect you in a negative way.

One of the best foil products I have seen is a shredded cardboard or laminate double foiled back particle spread. In English this means little bitty squares of foil backed pieces that are sprayed over your existing insulation. Even if dust settles on the top layer, there will be several layers underneath that are dust-free that will reflect the unwanted UV rays back away from space.

My roommate is a vegetarian turned recent vegan. I am the opposite of that, whatever that is. There was a point in my life that I'm fairly certain I ate a cheeseburger a day. A Wendy's No. 3 can be polished off without flinching (for those non-fast foodies, a No. 3 is a triple cheeseburger, fries and soft drink). In my eyes, the Hamburgler is a hero. So when every Atlanta publication raved about Holeman and Finch's burgers, I knew where my next beef binge was coming from.



The next cook up is Rudy who was burned badly in a fire in 2003. He had burns on 75% of his body and spent three months in a medically induced coma. He makes what he calls a buffalo taco. Joe doesn't find the food as compelling as his story and gives him a no. Graham disagrees and gives him a yes. Gordon is inspired by him as a person, but gives him a no. This recipe is only semi- homemade but it has a great taste that even my picky kids liked! If you need something that is quick to prepare and is a great comfort food, then try this easy to make soup.



Another great favorite is the slow cooker lamb stew on this special day. You can find many varieties of this recipe if you search carefully on the internet. This recipe which is slow cooked on the crock pot is popular in climates that are cooler. This all time favorite dish can be had with Irish Soda Bread for either lunch or dinner.

I will admit that I do not go the whole hog when I prepare the vegetables, but I do like to cut a few of them in some fancy way, just to give the diners a surprise and bring an unexpected smile to their faces. So, here are six of my top tips for the preparation of your culinary delight.

Melt the butter slow cooked moroccan lamb in a small pan then whisk in the flour until you have a paste-like consistency. Transfer the mixture to the crockpot and stir in the herbs, cheese, garlic, and milk. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Add the seafood and cook on high for 15 minutes.

Valentine's Day in Savannah is here. Southern romance! And, to me, nothing is more romantic than wine and chocolate.. Together, you say? Yes! Your taste buds will fall in love if nothing else.

Firstly, you need to talk to your child and try to figure out what exactly does your child like when it comes to food. Obviously, it is next to impossible that your child would name anything healthy like halal beef steak or a capsicum sandwich or milk. But still it is important for you to try to read into your child's mind and see if you can cater to your child's taste and blend it with what you think is best for your child. This way, you can feed your child with good protein rich diet and also satisfy his or her taste too!

Try and space your meals out evenly throughout the day. 3 hours apart is a sensible choice. Get up early or at a reasonable time to make meal consumption easier. Trying to consume your meals when you get up late will make it very difficult for you to get in the correct amount of calorie and protein for the day.

One pound is equal to 3500 calories. This means if you eat 3500 extra calories than you need, you will be one pound heavier. You can easily gain one pound this week. All you have to do is consume 500 extra calories more than you need from Monday through Sunday. It works in reverse too. If you use up 500 extra calories everyday from Monday through Sunday, you will lose one pound.

Secondly, you can try to take your child shopping with you and make him or her pick one item of food that he or she likes per three-four items of healthy food that you choose for him or her. For instance, you can buy your child a chocolate ice-cream as you buy halal beef sausage, green vegetables, and soya-bean cookies to feed your child! Teach your child the importance of various nutrients as you pick a particular food-item to ensure that your child understands the significance of these nutrients for his or her growth braising meat dishes development. Spend some time in creating interesting stories about nutrition and their positive effects on one's body to interest your child and to eventually make him or her understand your actions!
